cross navy and orange lace again to make a second "X"

tuck the navy lace under the orange lace and pull it through
do not tighten all the way
(leaving a small cheerio-shaped gap)

put the orange end of the lace through the cheerio-shaped hole

then put the navy end of the lace through the cheerio-shaped hole

pull the orange and navy loops at the same time and tighten!

cross dark blue and aqua lace
to make an "X"

tuck the dark blue lace under the aqua lace and pull it through . . . pull tight

make a bunny ear
with the aqua lace

make a bunny ear
with the dark blue lace

cross dark blue bunny ear
and aqua bunny ear

tuck the dark blue bunny ear
through the hole below

pull both bunny ears tight
and high five!
